I serve individuals 18 and older, with a specialization in middle and later life (50+). I work with clients collaboratively on goals related to relationships, identity, sexuality/intimacy, life transitions, grief/loss, mood disorders, trauma, and coping with life’s stressors. I value authentic, honest, and empathetic communication with my clients. I work to develop a culturally informed and intersectional practice dedicated to challenging systems of oppression and facilitating an environment where my clients feel safe and understood. I have received comprehensive training in several evidence-based treatments including Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also have a national certification in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a gold standard in PTSD treatment through the VA and National Center for PTSD. In my practice, I take an integrative approach aimed at tailoring care to each client’s unique needs and presenting concerns.
